You may or may not have the perfect plan when you first visit Whitmire Custom Homes.  Whether you have several ideas you’d like to incorporate into your new home, or you simply know the style, rooms and size you want, we can get you started on a custom home that suits your budget and your lifestyle. We also have a portfolio for you to browse that is full of a variety of tried and true plans that can be personalized with your design changes. 
 
Our team of building professionals will meet with you on your building site a lot evaluation. Lot design and site prep is a significant part of building cost. We will consult with you regarding the layout and placement of your home while considering landscaping and lot usage, view enhancements and soil erosion.
 
We will then guide you through an initial selection meeting to organize your thoughts and ideas.  This allows us to begin a preliminary proposal. It may take several rounds, but after final reviews and/or changes have been made, we will provide a fixed-price bid with accurate detailed specifications. This process eliminates any unforeseen surprises during construction.
