My husband and I recently had our first child late last year. We have our current home on the market and have a dream of building a custom home to raise our son in and grow our family into. We have a plot of land in mind where we'd like to build. We haven't purchased the lot yet as we are hoping to speak with some people that can hlep us before we make a large purchase. Are all the North Georgia builders considered "custom" home builders?
