New Home Builders in Georgia

There seems to be more and more new home builders in Georgia.  Have you noticed this in your industry?  If so, what do you think is the cause?

Mark, we have seen this trend recently.  The economy may have something to do with the new home builders popping up in Georgia.  There are countless one-man shops around the state that have minimal experience and have only decided to become a home builder because they have recently become unemployed.  If you are looking to build a custom home, leave nothing to chance by working with less than qualified home builders.  Do your homework and get to the bottom of their full capabilities and experience.
