New Home Builders in GA

I have noticed that many new home builders in GA have scaled down their available floor plans.  My wife and I are looking to build a new home in North Atlanta but aren't quite sure what we want yet.  Do you have a variety of floor plans we can choose from?

We have noticed a lot of new home builders sprouting up in GA.  Most of these have very little experience and have decided to become a home builder because they have recently become unemployed.  Many homebuilders are a one-man shop and have very limited resources when it comes to home building.
