Whitmire Custom Homes is located in Gainesville, Ga. We offer luxury custom home building to most of Northeast Georgia including the Atlanta suburbs, the Lake Lanier area, and Gainesville itself.
 
What kinds of ‘luxuries’ do you offer in a custom home?
That all depends on you and what you want. With our team of professional builders we will work with you to provide the best in luxury at a price you can afford. Whether it be a waterfall for the pool, or a steam shower, Whitmire Custom Homes is here to make it happen.
 
Do I have to come up with a design first?
No. You may walk into our office with only an idea about how many bedrooms you want or that the kitchen should be the largest area of the house. It doesn’t matter where you are in the design process. Our experts are here to help direct you to the luxury custom home of your choice.
 
How do we begin the custom home process?
The first step is a lot evaluation and on-site meeting. This is how we determine the logistics of the build and consider things like soil erosion, landscaping and lot usage. After that, we set up a series of meetings between you, us and the builders to determine what you want and how we can make it happen. 
 
How much will it cost?
Of course this depends on what you want in your luxury custom home. After meeting with you, perhaps several times, we put together a fixed-price bid that reflects detailed specifications of the home. This itemized list of details ensures that there are no surprises during the building process.
